As well as teaching yoga, Taravajra is also very actively involved in teaching people to meditate. He has taught in many locations including within the NHS for staff at Brighton General hospital. Taravajra is currently studying for an MA at Bangor University in mindfulness based approaches. This is an approach to mental health through mindfulness as pioneered by Jon Kabat - Zinn in America. Mindfulness Day

On this day we will practise yoga to prepare the body for sitting. This combination is highly traditional! I will teach some accessible meditations from the Buddhist tradition.
